OE psychedelic music & art gathering is a 3-day festival by Altered State Collective. The Chinese name combines two Chinese characters - “O” (奥) is the totem of mystery and depth, while “E” (易) is associated with transformation and the dynamics between the sun and the moon. Join us at our two stages: inner space takes centre at Stage O, while Stage E takes you to the outer space. There will also be a market and workshops.

Our vision is to create entertainment designed to improve mental health. As such, this event will have a curated electronic sound to boost your attention and mental fitness.

Join us out in nature and let music release the kindness, compassion and acceptance already found in yourself. We'll be outside in a cozy garden, with a perfect view of the stars and ocean. Be prepared for a healing experience.
